Freshly harvested from neighbouring farms, foraged from our gardens, gathered from our favourite local producers and prepared for you in the moment. Each ingredient speaks for itself, prepared as only the best produce can be, crisp salads, fire roasted provisions, clean grilled meats and seafood, simple desserts. Our signature 3 course Harvest menu is rustic yet refined, and most delicious when served shared. Expect generous servings, honest flavours and dishes best passed along tables alive with conversation and laughter.

12:00PM – 12:30PM : Welcome Meet, mingle and tour the house and meet your host or tour guide. This is an opportunity to lime, chat, drink and snack and sip as your hosts, the sisters, (or a tour guide) take you on a journey through the diverse history of Jamaica’s Jamaica’s art, culture and cuisine
12:45 PM – 2:30 PM: Harvest Lunch Sit for a leisurely lunch served ‘a table’ with live music or alternate form of entertainment or cultural activity 2:30PM – 3:00PM After Lunch Don’t go just yet! Enjoy some chill time, shopping time sip on freshly made lemongrass tea or Blue Mountain Coffee
